Returns & Exchanges

SKU 200R is the Lamb Ametek 117508 central vacuum motor. The 7.2 inch figure in its name is the bottom diameter of the motor, the dimension that has to match the opening in your power unit, rather than any kind of performance rating.

MD publishes the 117508 at 134.1 inches of water lift, 94 CFM, 406 air watts and 12.7 amps on 110-120 volt power at 50-60 Hz, standing 7-3/8 inches tall with a bolt height of 2-5/8 inches. Ametek lists it as a two-stage 7.2 inch bypass peripheral motor rated 1,200 watts, with 833410-55 as its replacement brush kit. Peripheral discharge sends the exhaust out around the circumference of the fan housing instead of through a single tangential horn, so the shape of the outlet is one of the things to compare against the motor coming out.
