Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lamb Ametek 117572 Premier central vacuum motor, SKU 201PX, is the 220-240 volt member of the Premier line — a brand-new (never rebuilt), two-stage Ametek original used in various central vacuum systems. It is compatible with 117572 motors including the 117572-12 variant, and old labels reading 7572 or 11-7572 denote this same motor.

Service life runs about 900-1,200 hours. The tell-tale signs of a spent 117572: repeated mini-breaker trips, an electrical odor, excessive blue sparking at the motor top, or a motor that stops and later runs again on its own — no click at all suggests the relay instead. The swap requires just three bolts and quick wiring. When brush wear catches up, two 117572 carbon motor brushes restore the motor; brush service is smartest before the motor is fully worn.
