Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SKU 209-1 is the Lamb Ametek 119512 central vacuum motor, a brand-new (never rebuilt) single-stage Ametek original built with a tangential bypass design. It is fitted in several central vacuum brands and models and is a direct replacement for the 119512 only. Motors marked 9512 or 11-9512 on the label are this same part.

A failing 119512 announces itself with a popping mini breaker, an electrical smell, pronounced blue sparking from the motor top, or shutdowns that clear on their own — if you only hear silence with no click, check the relay first, since the motor may be fine. Swapping the motor takes three bolts plus two wire connections, a job most owners find quick and manageable.
