The Lamb Ametek 119631 central vacuum motor, SKU 209C, is a brand-new high-air-watt Ametek original with a distinctive tapered bottom — the base narrows down over 1/2 inch rather than sitting flat. It replaces the 119708-00 and the 6600-001 vacuum motor, including HL10 P-9 ECD applications. Important: if your old motor's bottom is completely flat instead of tapered, order motor 116472 instead.

Installation tips: snip the old motor's leads and join them to the new motor's wiring using wire nuts; washers may be needed to close a 1/8" gap in the bolt threads during tightening, and your existing motor gasket gets reused. Service life is about 900-1,200 hours — breaker trips, electrical smell, blue sparking, or intermittent shutdowns mean it's time. Carbon brushes are replaceable (two 119631 motor brushes per motor).
