This Lamb Ametek carbon motor brush set (Part #833505-51) is a 2-pack corresponding to Lamb factory number 33505-1. The pack contains a complete matched pair so you can service both sides of the motor at once. Carbon brushes transfer electrical current from the springs into the rotating commutator and armature; when they wear short, the motor sparks, loses suction, or stops — replacing the pair is the standard repair.
These brushes fit a wide group of Lamb motors, including numbers 119913-07, 119914, 119956, 119992 (Zenex Model 262), and 122159-07. Sized and tensioned for these motors, the carbon seats squarely against the commutator for clean contact and longer motor life.
