Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The replacement Lamb G2K flow-through motor (Part #119402-00) is a 5.7-inch, 2-stage unit with a plastic housing, cross-referenced to Lamb 8546 and also sold as part #116311-01. Flow-through, or through-flow, motors draw cooling air separately from the working air, a design common in portable and canister vacuums.

As the motor wears, you may hear unusual noise, notice fading suction, or catch a burning smell as the brushes and bearings give out. A correctly matched G2K restores the airflow the machine was designed to pull.
