Lindhaus LW30 Abrasive Roller-Pad Red

This red abrasive roller-pad, part 180100381, drops into the Lindhaus LW30 eco FORCE, LW30 L-ion or Lavinia head where a bristle brush would normally go, giving the machine an abrasive scrubbing face instead of brush filaments. Lindhaus lists it as the red abrasive roller at 30 cm, sized to the LW30 head.

An abrasive pad does its work by physically working the cleaning solution into the surface as it turns, which makes it the right choice for scrubbing off scuff marks and light ground-in soil that a soft bristle brush would just glide over. Like any abrasive pad, the face glazes and flattens with use, and a glazed pad stops cutting the way it did new even though it looks outwardly fine.

If scrubbing performance has dropped off or the machine is leaving streaks it didn't leave when new, a glazed roller-pad is one of the first things worth checking before assuming a motor or solution-flow problem.
