The M28R is the universal floor nozzle Lindhaus builds for the LB4 backpack vacuum. Lindhaus describes it as a patented universal brush supplied as standard with the LB4, with suction that works at 360 degrees and center-mounted bristles it calls self-cleaning, and it offers a felt brush separately for delicate floors. Because this nozzle is the part that actually rides against the floor, wear shows up here before anywhere else on the machine, thinning or matted bristles, a cracked or scuffed underside, or suction that drops at the nozzle even though the backpack's motor and filters are otherwise in good shape. A worn nozzle also tends to let hair and debris wrap around the intake rather than pull cleanly through it.
