Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Suction rake tool (SKU 402P) — also known as a rug tool with tines — built specifically for long shag and deep pile carpet that ordinary vacuum heads can't handle. On thick, high-pile carpet a standard head sinks in and the roller stalls; worse, carpet makers warn that a beater brush can damage pile that's sensitive to brushing, which is why many recommend suction-only cleaning for these constructions.

This tool takes a different approach: twin rows of long, rigid plastic tines rake through the pile to loosen debris while suction pulls it out from a channel between the rows.

  • Made for high-pile shag with tufts roughly 3/8" thick, spaced about 3/8" apart, around 2.5" long
