Product details
Inside the lower body of the HiZero F100 Bionic Mop, this lead wire carries power and signal between the components down there. It is part M26F1-00201 and comes with its connector attached.
Lower-body wiring sits close to the water and the roller, which is what eventually catches it out. Moisture works into the connector, the contacts corrode, and the connection turns intermittent long before it fails outright. A machine that runs for a minute and stops, or that behaves differently depending on how it is standing, is often chasing a bad connection rather than a bad motor.
Replacing the lead is a matter of matching the routing and connector orientation of the old one, so photograph it before you unplug anything. Disconnect the machine from power first. This is the F100 lead; HiZero uses different harnesses across the range, so check the number marked on yours.
