Part B351-7414 is the lower half of the foot pedal on a full-size power nozzle, molded in black. The pedal is exposed hardware at the back of the nozzle — it takes a shoe every time the machine is used, and it is usually the first plastic on a nozzle to crack, split at a boss or snap off entirely.
