Part B351-7414 is the lower foot pedal used on full-size power nozzles, the section you press to release the nozzle housing for tilting or storage.
The pedal takes a direct foot strike every time the nozzle is folded down, and the plastic around the pivot point is the spot that eventually cracks or rounds off, leaving the pedal feeling loose or failing to catch the release mechanism. A pedal that has to be pressed twice, or that no longer springs back on its own, is showing that same wear even before it visibly cracks.
