Dark blue is the Indigo finish on a SEBO FELIX Premium, and 70166SE is the lower body moulding in that shade. SEBO gives it position 19 on the FELIX parts sheet. It is the structural lower half of the upright: components are located by it, the machine's weight passes through it, and it is the surface that takes the knocks from chair legs, stair nosings and skirting boards for as long as the vacuum is used.
Damage here is not only cosmetic. The mounting points the housing carries can shift out of true once the moulding has cracked, and a gap in the bodywork gives the motor somewhere to breathe that is not the cleaning head — pull that never reaches the carpet. It is a frustrating fault to chase, because belts, bags and filters all test normal while the machine underperforms. A new housing restores both the geometry and the sealed airway.
Indigo trim runs right through the machine, so a rebuild that stops at the body shell tends to look worse than the crack did. SEBO catalogues the dark blue family as cord hook 7027DB at position 15, hose duct 7090DB, bag housing cover 7093DB, filter cover 7091DB at 17, handle 7164DB at 21, switch assembly 7038DB at 23 and handle release button 7082DB at 25, with 7095AM39 as the indigo and white blossom exhaust microfilter.
