Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement lower wand (Part #6770) is a friction-fit wand for Royal central vacuum systems. The wand connects the hose to floor tools and attachments, carrying suction to the cleaning head while giving you comfortable reach.

A wand that is bent, cracked, or loose at its connection leaks air and loses the airtight path suction depends on, so pickup at the floor tool suffers. Fitting a solid, straight wand restores full airflow to the cleaning head and a secure friction-fit joint.
