Product details

Sirena Main PCB Board, part 61 (reference 0005), is the control board that routes power and signal through a Sirena water-filtration canister vacuum. Every switch input and motor control path on the machine passes through this one board, which is why a single fault on it can look like several unrelated problems at once.

Board issues tend to surface only once the obvious parts have been ruled out. A sound power cord and a switch that clicks properly, paired with a machine that refuses to start, drops out somewhere in the middle of a room, or stops responding until the housing gets bumped, points toward the board rather than either of those simpler parts. That kind of inconsistency, working sometimes and not others, is the signature of a failing board; a bad cord or switch tends to fail the same way every single time.

Because every control path converges on this one board, replacing it settles several apparent faults at once when the diagnosis is right. Getting the diagnosis right is the real work here: spend the few minutes testing the cord and switch first, since a new board fixes nothing when the actual fault was a broken conductor upstream of it.

  • Part: 61 (Sirena reference 0005), main PCB board
  • Fits: Sirena canister vacuum
  • Function: routes power and control signal through the machine
  • Rule out first: the power cord and the on/off switch, both cheaper and quicker to test

Installing this board requires taking the canister housing apart while the machine sits fully unplugged. Compare the replacement with the old board as it comes out, so every connector returns to the position it came from.
