Male spade terminal, part F27, in the 1/4 in. size for 14-16 AWG wire. This is the tab half of a quick-disconnect pair: it crimps onto the wire and gives the female terminal something to grip, so a lead can be unplugged during service instead of being cut.

Anyone rebuilding a cord set, a switch harness or a motor lead ends up needing both halves of the pair, so order this alongside the mating female terminal F25, or F26 where the wire has to leave at an angle. Strip the wire so the conductor fills the barrel without stray strands, crimp with a proper terminal tool rather than pliers, and check that the insulation grip has closed on the jacket and not on bare copper.
