The Manta 16-Inch Floor Tool, part 32-1526-04, is a wide bare-floor nozzle sized for 1-1/4 inch central vacuum and residential wands. A wider head covers more floor per pass than a standard 10 to 12 inch nozzle, which is the main reason to reach for this size on open kitchens, hallways and other large stretches of hard flooring.

Bare-floor nozzles like this one wear at the points that touch the ground: the felt or bristle strip flattens or picks up embedded grit, and the sole starts to drag rather than glide. A worn nozzle needs extra passes to pick up what one used to clear.
