Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

MD's Deluxe Floor Brush in the 12-inch, wheel-free version (SKU 402D) is a top-selling central vacuum floor tool for bare surfaces — wood, tile, cork, marble, and bamboo. Bristles arranged around the full 360 degrees of the head agitate the surface to lift dirt out rather than skim over it, and the wheel-free base keeps the brush in constant contact with the floor.

This brush connects to any central vacuum wand with a 1-1/4" round profile, in metal or plastic. Friction-fit wands seat normally; on button-lock wands the button stays depressed as the tool is pushed on.
