Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The wheeled Deluxe Floor Brush in its 12-inch width (SKU 402W) is the closest thing to a universal floor tool for a central vacuum system. It cleans hard surfaces of every type thoroughly, and thanks to two non-marking plastic wheels riding on metal axles, it also rolls easily over throw rugs and carpet when a fast once-over is all you need.

The head's open sides pull airflow and debris through at the edges, which makes this brush particularly effective on pet hair and along walls and baseboards.

  • Bristle blend: soft, durable horse hair and nylon
  • Two non-marking wheels on metal axles for smooth gliding
  • Open-sided airflow for edge cleaning and pet hair pickup

Fits every central vacuum wand with a 1-1/4" round diameter, metal or plastic, including friction-fit and button-lock styles — the lock button remains pressed while the wand is inserted.
