Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The MD 12ft Central Vacuum Extension Hose (SKU 380EXT) adds twelve feet of reach to the hose you already own — your 30-foot hose stretches to 42 feet, while a 35-foot hose ends up at 47. Plug it into a wall inlet, connect your regular hose to its open end, and clean areas a single port could never cover before.

  • Fits 1-7/16 inch to 1-1/2 inch diameter wall inlets, found on 99% of central vacuum systems regardless of make, model, or year
  • Works with standard/basic hoses, low-voltage hoses (two-way handle switch), and corded electric hoses with their three-way switches
  • NOT compatible with direct-connect electric hoses — the kind carrying a pair of small pins at the wall end
