Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

MD's original form-fitting knit sock in the 30ft size (SKU 370T) comes paired with an application tube and fits central vacuum hoses 28 to 32 feet long. Once installed, the thin knit sleeve stays on the hose permanently and shields baseboards and furniture from the wear a bare hose causes as it snakes through your rooms.

Every sock ships with an application tube that makes installation manageable: bunch the sock onto the tube first, then pull the hose through so the sock feeds evenly onto it. It is a one-time job — after that the sock lives on the hose.
