Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The MD 35ft Zippered Hose Sock Cover in gray (SKU 371PZG) is a padded, washable sleeve sized for central vacuum hoses 33 to 37 feet long. Zipped over the hose, it keeps bare plastic from dragging across baseboards, door frames, and furniture legs — the hose glides on soft fabric instead of scraping your finishes.

Installation is straightforward thanks to a padded and protected zipper, so there is no wrestling the hose through a tight tube. When the cover picks up dirt, unzip it and toss it in the wash. Like all MD zippered covers, it leaves about one foot of hose exposed at each end so wall-inlet and handle connections stay unobstructed.
