Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SKU 404 is MD's 6-inch upholstery attachment, fitted with a bristle strip, and it handles the softer surfaces in your home and car: couches, seat cushions, car seats, carpeted stairs, and drapes. Its compact head gives you control on delicate fabric while still clearing debris quickly when you need a more aggressive pass.

The bristle bar is removable, effectively giving you two tools in one. Leave the 360-degree bristles in place to loosen lint and hair from fabric, or pull the bar out and use the bare plastic edge alone when straight suction is the better fit for the job.
