Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The Axis Microfiber Pad (SKU 402AMFP) converts the MD Axis floor brush into a hard-floor dust mop. Fit the Axis Glide Plate to the brush, slip this pad over the head, and you can dust-mop wood, tile, and other bare floors while the central vacuum handles the loose debris at the same time.

Microfiber grabs and holds fine dust rather than pushing it around, which makes this pad a good finishing pass after vacuuming or a quick daily touch-up tool for high-traffic rooms.

  • Sized to slip onto the Axis head once the Glide Plate is fitted
  • Microfiber surface lifts fine dust from hard flooring
  • Dry use only — do not use wet
  • Axis brush and Glide Plate not included; each sold separately
