Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 402 is MD's basic floor and carpet tool, the entry-level combination head in its accessory line. MD describes the working parts plainly: a single row of short tough bristles makes contact with the floor surface, and a wide air channel behind it spreads the airflow across the width of the head rather than concentrating it at one point.

That combination is what lets one head cover both bare floors and carpet without swapping tools between rooms. MD lists it as working with a long list of central vacuum brands, and notes on the same page that if carpet is the main job in your house, an air-driven rotating carpet brush will clean it better than any suction-only head can.
