Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part 473 is MD's mini hand turbine, an air-driven beater brush 6-1/4 inches wide. It has no motor and needs no electrical connection: the airflow the vacuum pulls through the hose spins the turbine, which drives the brush roll. That is what makes it usable on a plain suction hose, where a motorized power head has no power source at all.

MD builds the housing as a clamshell that opens so you can pull out hair and thread that wrap the brush roll, which is the failure that stops most small turbine heads. The head also pivots forward and backward to hold its angle on stairs and cushions. MD lists it as working on central vacuums, canister vacuums and uprights.
