Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Mini Wand (SKU 406ME) extends the MD Mini Electric brush for longer reach and more comfortable cleaning angles — a meaningful upgrade when working down a staircase, across a sofa, over throw rugs, or along a bed. It also simplifies hookup: leave the wand seated in the brush and just slide your hose handle into the wand's connection each time.

Compatibility note: while the Mini Electric brush itself works with any two-pin electric hose, this wand is more selective. It mates with Stealth, MD, Ace, and BlackHawk hoses — or any hose whose handle stub tube leaves two inches of clearance separating the grip from its button lock.
