Part 765509W is Canplas's medium 90-degree spigot ell for central vacuum PVC piping. Unlike a standard hub ell, one end is a plain spigot rather than a socket, so it inserts directly into the next fitting's hub instead of needing a separate coupling between the two.
That detail is what installers reach for it for: closing out a run into a valve body, a mount plate, or another fitting where a socket-to-socket elbow would need an extra coupling to complete the joint. The bend itself is the same medium-radius turn as Canplas's standard 90, sized between an extra-short ell and a long-sweep ell, so airflow through the fitting behaves the same either way.
Solvent-weld the socket end as usual, and dry-fit the spigot end before committing to a length of pipe, since a spigot joint leaves no room to trim once it is cemented into a fixed fitting. Measure the run with the spigot end already seated in its mating fitting rather than guessing the depth, because spigot ends typically seat further in than a socket joint would suggest.
Keep both ends clean and dry before assembly. Any moisture or debris trapped where the spigot meets the mating hub will weaken that joint even though the socket end on the other side sets normally, and a leak at a spigot connection is harder to spot than one at an open hub joint.
