Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

A vacuum's fan is the part that actually moves the air; everything else on the machine exists to feed it or steer what it pulls in. Part 06-0574-01-9 is the metal fan Koblenz lists for the U310 commercial upright, and the same fan also serves the 8600.

The metal construction matters on a commercial machine. Coins, screws, staples and other hard debris routinely find their way into a vacuum that cleans a workplace, the kind of abuse that chews up lesser blades. Even metal eventually chips or bends under it, and once a blade loses its balance the symptoms show up fast: a new vibration felt through the handle, an unfamiliar whine or rattle, and a drop in pulling power that has nothing to do with a clog anywhere else in the machine.

Swapping the fan brings airflow back to normal without replacing the motor itself. Give the fan chamber a look while it is open too: a fan spinning badly out of true can score or wear the housing wall it turns inside, and that surface is worth checking before everything gets closed back up.

Disconnect the machine from power before opening this housing.
