The fine dust cartridge is the heart of the Blizzard CX1's hygienic bagless system, and part 9607999 is the complete genuine Miele assembly, filter included. Miele's vortex technology slings coarse debris into the transparent bin while fine particles are drawn into this separate cartridge, whose self-cleaning fine dust filter purges itself automatically (the brief ComfortClean pause you hear during use). The result is a bagless canister that empties without the dust cloud typical of cyclonic vacuums.
