Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Rated for 120 volts and 9 amps, this replacement Ametek Lamb 2-stage bypass motor (Part #116207-00) uses tangential discharge and epoxy thermoset mounting brackets to deliver about 1025 watts and 104 CFM. The 5.7-inch bypass design keeps cooling air separate from the working airstream, which suits commercial canister vacuums, central vacuum systems, sprayer and fogger units, and material handling equipment.

As the fans and bearings wear, water lift and airflow fall away and the motor can run hot or noisy. A correct-spec replacement returns the unit to its rated performance.
