This replacement brush roll with integrated pulley fits the NaceCare HD18 commercial upright vacuum (Part #801098). The pulley is built onto the brush roll, so the belt drives the agitator directly and you replace both wear items in a single step.
Inside the HD18 cleaning head, the brush roll spins to comb and beat carpet, lifting ground-in soil and fibers into the suction path. After heavy commercial use the bristles wear short and the pulley groove rounds off, causing belt slip and weak carpet pickup.
