Returns & Exchanges

Part AC95BATNZV07 is the handle assembly for the Panasonic MC-V5210 commercial upright, and it is listed for the GG523 and MC-GG525 as well. On a commercial machine the handle is not a comfort item. It is the only steering the operator has, and it absorbs the whole day of pushing, pulling and dragging up stairs.

Handles fail at the joint: a hairline crack in the tube, a loose fit where the handle enters the body, then a wobble that grows until the machine steers vaguely and the release no longer holds firmly. Cleaners feel it as fatigue long before anyone calls it a fault.

Fitting a new assembly means feeding any internal wiring back through carefully and seating the handle fully before tightening. Check the model plate first, as this is the MC-V5210, GG523 and MC-GG525 handle.
