Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Panasonic Type UB flat belt (Part #60-3104-06) is a 2-pack of replacement belts for Panasonic 5000 series upright vacuums. The belt links the motor shaft to the brush roller so the roller spins and agitates the carpet. It is also listed under alternate part #61-3100-01.

A stretched or broken belt leaves the brush roller sitting still while you push the machine, so it glides over the carpet and picks up almost nothing. Flat belts naturally lose tension over time and need periodic replacement. Fitting a fresh Type UB belt restores proper brush tension and rotation for thorough agitation.
