    This is a genuine replacement bottom plate / belt cover for the Perfect P31130 commercial upright vacuum. The bottom plate seats against the underside of the cleaner head, shielding the drive belt and brush roll assembly from debris while maintaining proper airflow across the cleaning path.

    Over time the belt cover can crack, warp, or wear at the mounting points, leading to belt slippage, reduced agitation, or loose components. Installing a fresh plate restores a secure, correctly sealed nozzle so the brush roll spins true and the machine sweeps carpet effectively again.
