The Perfect backpack power nozzle accessory kit, part BPAK-1, adapts the Perfect electric power nozzle to run from a backpack vacuum, specifically the Perfect PB1001 10 Quart Commercial Backpack and Perfect PB1006 6 Quart Commercial Backpack. Backpack vacuums are fast and ergonomic for covering large areas, but without this kit the hose has no way to drive a powered brush roller, so carpet gets suction only, not agitation.
The kit includes a reducer handle that steps the backpack's 1-1/2 in hose down to the 1-1/4 in fitting a power nozzle uses, with a swivel cuff so the connection turns freely instead of binding as the operator moves. A dedicated power cord assembly plugs directly into the switch on the backpack's waist belt, so the nozzle draws its power from the machine the operator is already wearing.
