SEBO Pile Adjustment Knob f...

Product details
Pale FELIX Premium and ET-1 housings take the light gray version of the height control, and that is 2931HG. Turning it raises or lowers the brush roll so the bristles meet plush, medium or low pile at the right depth, rather than skimming over the fibers or bogging down in them. SEBO places it at position 110 in the FELIX exploded diagram, listed there as the light gray pile adjustment button.
Order one when the detents feel mushy, when the knob spins without changing anything underneath, or when the plastic collar has split and the setting drifts on its own partway across a room. Because the knob is the only part of the group you touch, it takes all the knocks from furniture legs and stair nosings and usually fails long before the mechanism it drives. If a new knob does not restore firm, stepped selection, the fault is deeper in the group: the spring at position 106 is part 2929, and the complete pile adjustment assembly at 107 is 2316HG in light gray.

A SEBO FELIX Premium height knob replacement takes minutes and needs no tools beyond what is already in the drawer, so it is the sensible first move when carpet height stops holding. The FELIX list carries both the light gray and the silver knob under position 110, which is why the part number on the old moulding, rather than the drawing, is the surest guide to what to order. Genuine SEBO production part, sold by an authorized dealer and shipping in 2–5 business days.
