Changing the exhaust filter and still finding dust behind the machine usually means the frame holding it has lost its shape. That frame is 8084ER, the exhaust-side filter holder for the AIRBELT D1 Turbo and the D4 Premium, captioned microfilter holder at item 5 of the AIRBELT D drawing.
Its work is mechanical rather than filtering. It cages the pad, locates it squarely over the outlet, and presses it onto the seal evenly the whole way round the border. Even pressure is the entire point. A frame warped in service, or one carrying a broken clip, lifts a corner of the media and lets untreated air escape there regardless of how new the filter behind it happens to be. A snapped clip also lets the frame move in its housing, which shows up as a rattle at speed and a pad that refuses to sit flat when it goes back in.
Holder and seal are best judged together, since they act as clamp and gasket on the same joint. A frame flexed out of true will flatten new rubber unevenly, and a hardened seal will stop a sound frame from ever pulling down square.
