SEBO builds the DISCO floor polisher in three finishes, and this is the shell that suits the Ice Blue one. Part 3204GWSE is the molded power head cover in white, item 1 on SEBO's DISCO parts list and the first panel to come away when the head is opened up. It caps the power head, closing over the drive components and the wiring routed underneath so grit, hair and stray polish stay outside the mechanism.

Covers rarely wear out in the way a belt or a seal does. They break. Baseboards, table legs and doorway thresholds chip the leading edge, and the small mounting tabs snap where the fixings have pulled through after a few hundred impacts. Once a tab has gone the shell no longer clamps flat, dust works its way into the drive, and a polisher that still runs perfectly well starts looking fit for the scrap pile. Fitting a new one is a screwdriver job: lift the broken shell away, seat every clip on the replacement, then tighten the fixings evenly rather than pulling one corner down hard.

Color is written into the part number here instead of being chosen at the counter, so match the finish on your machine as carefully as you match the model. The equivalent covers for the other two DISCO finishes carry their own numbers.
