Onyx machines take the black shell. SEBO 3204SWSE1 is the upper cover for the power head on the DISCO floor polisher, molded in black to match that trim level, and it is the panel that hides and protects everything turning inside the head. The three DISCO finishes share one shape but not one part number, so the black cover is ordered on its own code.
A split shell or a broken fixing point stops the head closing up properly. From that point the drive parts and the wiring beneath them are open to dust, hair and the next knock, and the whole head sits slightly proud instead of clamped down. It is worth looking at why the cover broke while the new one goes on: a loose fixing, a missing screw or a cracked mounting boss underneath will work the replacement to pieces the same way. Seat the shell square, start every fixing by hand, and tighten across the panel rather than one corner at a time.
