MOTOR30 is a replacement geared-belt power nozzle motor, used in the Titan PB11 nozzle and fitting the Carpet Pro CPU85 and the Oreck UK30200COM and UK30200PC. It is the small motor inside the cleaning head itself, separate from the suction motor in the body of the vacuum.
The diagnosis is usually simple. If the belt is intact and correctly routed but the brush roll will not turn, the head motor has failed - often after a spell of running noisily or cutting in and out. Without it the nozzle still passes air, so the vacuum lifts surface litter and leaves everything worked into the pile behind it.
Fit a fresh geared belt at the same time. A belt that has been slipping on a dying motor does a new one no favours.
