PF56 is the 20 gallon poly tank wet/dry vacuum in the Powr-Flite range, sold with a tool kit. It is sized around hard floor maintenance work, where recovering spent stripper and used hard floor cleaner is the job, and where a 20 gallon drum keeps a two-person crew moving instead of queuing at the mop sink.
