ECO1420 is Powr-Flite's maroon EcoPrep pad, cut to the 14 in. by 20 in. rectangular size the company packs ten to a case. A rectangular footprint like this one belongs on an orbital-motion floor machine carrying a matching rectangular driver rather than a round brush deck, so the pad's whole face contacts the floor on every pass instead of sweeping a circle.

EcoPrep is a prep-stage abrasive, sitting between routine maintenance and a full strip. It cuts through surface gloss and everyday soil sitting on an existing finish, giving a fresh topcoat something to grip, without taking the floor back to bare material the way a stripping pad and stripping chemical would.
