Product details

Powr-Flite service part X8872A is the intake panel in its modified form. The panel closes off the air inlet opening on the machine body, holding the entry to the suction path square and sealed so air is drawn where the design intends rather than leaking in around the edge.

"Modified" is Powr-Flite's own designation for this revision of the panel, which is why ordering by the part number is the dependable route: two panels that look alike on a shelf can carry different revision codes. Set the replacement against the one you remove and check the mounting points line up before you fit it.
