Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Fitted to the compact DC26 canister, this replacement Dyson DC26 pre-filter assembly sits ahead of the motor and traps dust that gets past the cyclone before the air reaches the motor. It is the guard that keeps fine debris out of the motor housing.

A pre-motor filter caked with dust chokes airflow, pushing motor temperature up and suction down, sometimes to the point of a thermal cutout. Installing a clean pre-filter restores airflow and shields the motor from wear.
