Latch and retainer for ProTeam backpack vacuums, part 510179. It is listed for the Pro 6 and Pro 10, the ProVac FS 6, the GoFree Flex Pro and Flex Pro II, and the Super Coach Pro 6 and Super Coach Pro 10, including units catalogued as 1073110 and 1073120.

The latch is what holds the machine shut around its seal. Operators open these several times a shift to change bags, and the catch takes that cycle count until the plastic finally gives. A latch that no longer pulls the body tight leaves a gap at the seal, and a backpack leaking there loses suction at the tool and pushes dust past its own filtration.
