Part 840011 is the complete FlexFit carrying harness for four ProTeam backpack models: the cordless GoFree Flex Pro II, the ProVac FS 6, and both sizes of the Super Coach Pro line, the 6 and the 10. Everything that touches the operator, straps, pads, and adjusters, comes as one assembly rather than a collection of pieces to match up separately.
Foam padding is the part that gives out first. It compresses under repeated shifts until it stops rebounding, and once that happens the machine's weight transfers straight through to the shoulders instead of spreading across the back. Webbing and buckles usually follow later, fraying where they run through the adjusters or losing their grip on a setting that used to hold all day.
Because these four models share one harness design, a worn assembly on any of them presents the same way: the person wearing it starts a shift feeling fine and ends it stiff-shouldered, then starts unconsciously shifting the load lower on the back to compensate, which changes posture over a full shift more than most people notice in the moment.
