SEBO Cord Rewind Lever Kit ...

Product details
Items 10 through 14 of the AIRBELT D sheet describe a single mechanism spread over five numbers, and 8036ER is the piece a user's hand actually meets. It is the cord rewind lever used on the D1 Turbo and the D4 Premium AIRBELT canisters, drawn at item 13 and boxed as a kit: the lever, the mounting screw and washer that hold it, and spring 8098ER.
Push the lever and it releases the catch inside the cord rewind unit that SEBO draws at item 10; let go and the spring at item 12 returns it clear so the reel can lock again. Two things wear here. The pivot boss cracks, and the spring goes soft. From the outside that reads as a control which feels mushy and sunken, holds itself in the housing, or stops freeing the reel altogether, so the flex has to be wound in by hand. Renewing lever, spring and fixings in one kit removes any argument about which of the three had actually failed.
Rule the reel in or out first. Where the lever moves crisply and the catch still refuses to let go, the fault has moved back into the rewind unit itself; where the lever feels dead under the finger, this kit is the repair.
