We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Rexair brush roll arrives complete with its bearings and studs already installed, making it a drop-in replacement for the agitator in your Rainbow power nozzle. The roll spins beneath the nozzle and combs through carpet pile, lifting embedded dirt, dust, and pet hair so the Rainbow's water-filtration system can capture it.

Worn bristles and dry, noisy bearings rob the power nozzle of its sweeping action and can strain the drive belt. Because this roll (Part #R6062) ships with fresh bearings and mounting studs, you replace the entire wear assembly in one step rather than salvaging old hardware.
