This genuine OEM Rainbow nozzle housing manifold (Part #R16240) fits the E2 Black (Diamond) PN-12 power nozzle built with the belt in the center. The manifold includes wheels and forms the airflow channel around the brush roll as the nozzle moves across carpet.
When a manifold cracks, air leaks past the housing and cleaning performance drops as suction bleeds off before it reaches the carpet. Broken wheels add drag and uneven tracking. Fitting the correct center-belt manifold restores proper airflow and a smooth, sealed path through the nozzle.
