These Rexair Spice fragrance packs come in a 1.6-ounce bottle, packaged four to a box, part R14941, made for use in the water pan of a Rainbow water-filtration vacuum.
A water-filtration vacuum draws its exhaust air through the water in the pan before releasing it back into the room, and a few drops of fragrance concentrate added to that water carry the scent through with the exhaust for as long as the fragrance holds. It is a small addition, dosed a few drops at a time rather than poured in, since these concentrates are made to be used sparingly and a heavier hand does not make the effect last noticeably longer.
Add the fragrance when the water pan is filled fresh rather than to water that has already been used, since fragrance mixed into dirty pan water competes with whatever soil and odor the machine has already pulled in, and the scent comes through weaker as a result.
Keep the bottles away from children and away from the eyes, and add it with a dropper or the bottle's own tip rather than pouring freely, since a heavy dose only adds a stronger scent without changing how well the machine cleans. Store the bottle upright and sealed between uses to keep the fragrance from evaporating off before it is used.
